About the pattern:
It’s Spring In The Garden Sweater is a sweater worked in stranded colorwork from the top down. You start off by making a neckline in 2:2 rib, that is later folded double and sewn down. You shape the neckline using german shortrows, before you begin working the yoke in colorwork. After you’ve finished the yoke you separate your work into body and sleeves, and then work them separately either with or without “fleas”.
The bottom edge of the sleeves also has colorwork, and both the sleeves and the body are then finished off with a slightly more relaxed 2:2 rib.

Beskrivning:
It’s Spring In The Garden Sweater är en flerfärgsstickad tröja med ett runt ok som stickas uppifrån och ned. Först görs en halskant i 2:2 ribb som viks dubbel och sys ner. Därefter formas halsringningen med förkortade varv, innan själva oket stickas. Oket delas sedan upp i ärmar och kropp, och kroppen stickas rak, antingen med eller utan lusar, innan den avslutas med en ribbkant.
Ärmarna stickas antingen med eller utan lusar, och avslutas med ett flerfärgsstickad parti som speglar oket, som ebbar ut i en ribbad kant.
