About the patterns:
Teddy Top is a classic t-shirt style with an oversized fit and straight, slightly longer sleeves. This pattern is worked from the top down, starting at the back of the neck. The back is worked back and forth with german short rows to shape the shoulders. Once the back is shaped, you pick up and knit stitches along the front of the shoulders to begin to work the front shoulders. You then pick up and knit additional stitches along the sides of the front shoulders to seamlessly join the back and front sections.
The top of the yoke is then worked back and forth, with increases to shape the sleeves. When it’s time to shape the neckline, increases are made towards the front. After this you cast on stitches for the bottom of the neckline to join the work to begin to work in the round. The yoke is then worked in the round, with increases to shape both the sleeves and armholes.
After finishing the yoke, the stitches for the sleeves are put on hold, and you cast on stitches to form the armholes. The body is worked in the round and finished with a ribbed bottom edge. The sleeves are worked straight for a few centimeters before you also finish them off with a ribbed edge. Finally, stitches are picked up along the neckline to create a ribbed neckline.
Teddy Skirt is an ankle length, slightly bell shaped skirt. This pattern is worked top down in the round. First you use Italian cast on to create a neat cast on edge for the waistband that’s worked in 1:1 rib. After you’ve finished the waistband you’ll change needle size as well as make decreases to compensate for the new gauge. You’ll then use german short rows to raise the back of the skirt for a better fit. Once you’ve finished the german short rows you’ll continue to work the skirt in the round, while you shape it with increases.
After you’ve finished all the increases and reach the desired length for the skirt you’ll bind it off. Lastly you’ll crochet the elastic thread on the inside of the waistband to ensure that the skirt will stay in place and have a good fit.

Beskrivning:
Teddy Top är en klassisk t-shirt med en oversized passform och raka, något längre ärmar. Toppen stickas uppifrån och ner, med start vid nacken. Bakstycket stickas fram och tillbaka med förkortade varv för att forma axlarna. När bakstycket är format plockas det upp maskor upp längs framsidan av axlarna för att sedan sticka axlarna för framstycket. Därefter plockas fler maskor upp längs sidorna av framstyckets axlar för att sömlöst sammanfoga bak- och framstycke.
Oket stickas därefter fram och tillbaka med ökningar för att forma ärmarna. När det är dags att forma halsringningen görs ökningar mot mitt fram, och efter detta läggs det upp maskor upp för halsringningens nederkant för att sammanfoga arbetet och börja sticka runt. Oket stickas sedan runt, med ökningar för att forma såväl ärmar som ärmhål.
När oket är färdigt sätts maskorna för ärmarna på paus, och det läggs upp maskor för att ärmhål. Bålen stickas runt i slätstickning och avslutas med en resårkant. Ärmarna stickas raka i några centimeter innan även de avslutas med en resårkant. Till sist plockas maskor upp längs halsringningen för att sticka en ribbad halskant.
Teddy Skirt är en ankellång, lätt a-linjeformad kjol. Mönstret stickas runt, uppifrån och ned. Först görs en italiensk uppläggning för linningen som sedan stickas i 1:1 resår. När linningen är färdig byter du till en större stickstorlek och gör minskningar för att kompensera för den nya stickfastheten. Därefter formas kjolens bakre del med hjälp av förkortade varv för en bättre passform. Efter de förkortade varven fortsätter du att sticka kjolen runt i slätstickning, samtidigt som den formas med ökningar.
När samtliga ökningar är gjorda och kjolen når önskad längd maskas arbetet av. Avslutningsvis virkas den elastiska tråden fast på insidan av linningen för att säkerställa att kjolen sitter på plats och har en bra passform.
